Pricing

All products listed on the Plus Mart Platform (including both the website and the mobile app) will be sold at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged at the time of delivery.

While most product prices remain stable, certain commodities, especially fresh food items, may fluctuate on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery compared to the time of order, no additional charges will be collected or refunded. The price you paid at the time of ordering will be the final amount charged upon delivery.

Cancellation by Site or Customer

As a customer, you can cancel your order at any time up to the cut-off time of the delivery slot you selected by contacting our customer service team. In such cases, any payment you have already made for the order will be refunded.

Plus Mart reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion if we detect any fraudulent activity or transactions that violate the Terms & Conditions of using the Site or App. We maintain a list of such fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny them access to the Site or App, or cancel any orders they attempt to place.

Return & Refunds

At Plus Mart, we offer a no-questions-asked return and refund policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product at the time of delivery, you may return it. We will accept the returned product and issue a credit note for the value of the returned items. If, by mistake, an expired product is delivered, we will issue a refund and accept the return, but the customer will be responsible if the product is consumed. The credit note will be credited to your account on the Platform and can be used to pay for future shopping bills.

You Agree and Confirm

Non-Delivery Due to Your Error
If a non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect name, address, or other inaccurate information), any additional costs incurred by Plus Mart for redelivery will be charged to you.

Lawful Use of Services
You agree to use the services offered by the Site, App, affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during your use and transactions.

Authentic Information
